APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Monday, December 13, 2004 City Council Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, December 13, 2004 Agenda as <br />presented. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUISNESS <br />A. Presentation of 2004 Mounds View Citizenship Award <br />Mayor Linke read aloud the Mounds View Citizenship Award which was presented to David <br />Jahnke by the full Council. Mr. Jahnke's daughter gave a presentation regarding her father's <br />accomplishments and attributes. The Council congratulated and thanked Mr. Jahnke for his <br />contributions to the community. <br />6. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Doris Hilman, 3034 Ardan Avenue, asked whether there would be another candidate running for <br />the people at the upcoming special election. She stated it would be more fair for people to make <br />the effort to show up in person to answer questions. <br />Mayor Linke suggested she write her questions down and submit them to both the Charter <br />Commission and the Cable Commission. <br />r~ <br />~J <br />
