To approve Just and Correct Claims as presented. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 <br />9. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Motion carried <br />A. Set a Public Hearing for 7:05 P.M., Monday, January 24, 2005 on the Capital <br />Improvement Plan and Authorization for the Future Sale of CIP Bonds for the Fire <br />Station and Equipment. <br />B. Set a Public Hearing for 7:10 P.M., Monday, January 24, 2005 for the <br />Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Setting Storm Water Management <br />Fees for Service in 2005. <br />C. Set a Public Hearing for 7:15 P.M., Monday, January 24, 2005 for the <br />Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Setting Street Light Utility Rates <br />for Service in 2005. <br />D. Cancellation of the December 27, 2004 City Council Meeting. <br />E. Resolution 6409 Awarding a Contract for the Tree Inventory Program. <br />F. Resolution 6410 Acceptance and Final Payment of the County Road H2 Street <br />Improvement Project. <br />G. Establish Executive Session Immediately Following the Meeting for Union <br />Contract Negotiation. <br />H. Resolution 6413 Approving a Contract Extension with Secure Benefits Systems <br />Corporation for Flexible Spending Accounts Administration. <br />I. Resolution 6414 Approving the 2005 Compensation Schedule for Non-Union <br />Personnel. <br />
