To approve Resolution 6504 Ordering the City Hall <br />Rehabilitation Project and Authorizing the Preparation of Detailed Plans and Specifications <br />Ayes-4 Nays-0 Motion carried. <br />Mayor Marty stated that he has a guest from Tiajong City, Taiwan, staying at his home. He <br />introduced his guest, Tiffany Lee, stating that she works in purchasing for the public <br />administration and they have discussed the possibilities of becoming a sister City. He welcomed <br />• Ms. Lee and thanked her for coming to the Council meeting. <br />Ms. Lee thanked Mayor Marty for the opportumty to be present at the Council meeting. <br />E. Resolution 6503 Step/Longevity Increases for Officer Keith Demarest <br />(4/26/05), Officer Tom Baumgart (5/3/05), and PSO Robin Marion (5/4/05). <br />Chief Sommer stated that the Supervisors have reviewed the performance reviews for Officer <br />Keith Demarest, Officer Tom Baumgart and PSO Robin Marion, as outlined by their job <br />descriptions and found that all .three have had more than a satisfactory performance. <br />MOTION/SECOND. Thomas/Gunn. To approve Resolution 6503 Step/Longevity Increases for <br />Officer Keith Demarest (4/26/05), Officer Tom Baumgart (5/3/05), and PSO Robin Marion <br />(5/4/05). <br />Ayes-4 Nays-0 Motion carried. <br />F. Resolution 6502 Ordering the Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) <br />Installation Project <br />Public Works Director Lee explained that one of the tasks associated with the County Road 10 <br />corridor improvement is the ordering of the Emergency Vehicle Preemption Installation Project. <br />• He provided Council with an overview stating that the work has been completed and the <br />estimated cost to provide is $65,750.00.
