He stated that they were able to pull the parking back from <br />County Road 10 to allow for a swale. <br />• City sent a letter to the City of Blaine and Spring Lake Park in support of the naming of <br />County Road 10 as Mounds View Boulevard. He stated that the City of Coon Rapids has <br />recommended Coons Rapid Boulevard and as an alternative Mounds View Boulevard.
