Mounds View City Council June 13, 2005 <br />Regular Meeting Page 17 <br />• Mayor Marty stated that if Mr. Hansen can do it and MMKR has already talked with him he is <br />fine with it because with Mr. Hansen's expertise it would save a lot of time and money. He <br />suggested changing the bottom line hours to `not exceed 30 hours'. <br />MOTION/SECOND. Gunn/Thomas. To Approve Resolution 6561 approving an agreement <br />with Mr. Charles Hansen to provide interim financial services, and to amend the hours to not <br />exceed 3 5 hours. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. <br />9. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Council Member Thomas asked to pull Item I <br />Mayor Marty asked to pull Item J, K, and L. <br />I. Resolution 6555, Approving an Easement Use and Restoration Policy. <br />Council Member Thomas referenced Item 9I stating that she likes the wording except she wants <br />to have the option to have the homeowner remove any items. She does not want to put the <br />homeowner into the place of authorized agent. She stated that she would like the allowance <br />included in the policy that states that the homeowner has the option to remove items themselves <br />within the 30-day limit. <br />MOTION/SECOND Thomas/Stigney To approve amended Resolution 6555, Approving an <br />Easement Use and Restoration Policy. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried <br />J. Resolution 6556, Approval of Prohibition of Parking on Knollwood Drive. <br />Mayor Marty referenced Item J stating that he would like it noted that the Church of the Messiah <br />Lutheran has come and asked the Council for this. He stated that they came to the streets <br />meeting and heard the concerns from the residents in the area. and reviewed. He stated that they <br />too became concerned about the potential for accidents He stated that he would like to commend <br />the leadership of the church and note that it was proactive on their part. <br />MOTION/SECOND Marty/Gunn To approve Resolution 6556, Approving of Prohibition of <br />Parking on Knollwood Drive. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried <br />K. Resolution 6559, A Resolution Authorizing the Posting of a Vacancy in <br />• Community Development Department and Approving Supplemental <br />Summer Staffing. <br />
