Council Member Gunn alerted the Council that the Planning Commission had a long and detailed discussion about this application and suggested they view the Commission's meeting to become aware of the concerns. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. E. Resolution 7429, Accepting Donation from Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mayor Flaherty recognized and thanked Bethlehem Baptist Church for its donation and indicated how it would be used. Council Member Mueller extended her appreciation for the donation and commented on the landscaping along the County Road and gateway signs being promoted as an Eagle Scout project. • Council Member Stigney asked why the funding for the YMCA program is higher this year.
