Mounds View City Council January 9, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 19 <br />• <br />Councilmember Flaherty noted the check to Aim Electronics for rehabilitation of the City Hall <br />message display. He asked if the sign is now working. Finance Director Beer stated the cost is <br />for the initial supplies needed to start the project. <br />Councilmember Flaherty asked about check #117655 to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & <br />Associates for Medtronic utility extension in the amount of $9,400. Community Development <br />Director Ericson stated it is for the study to run utilities under Highway 10. City Administrator <br />Ulrich stated it will be reimbursed by Medtronic. <br />Councilmember Flaherty asked about check # 117677 to the League of Minnesota Cities <br />Insurance for a golf course redevelopment claim in the amount of $10,000. Finance Director <br />Beer explained that is the deductible related to the law suit on the sufficiency of the petition and <br />is a reimbursable expense by Medtronic. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the December 12, 2006 Executive Session <br />meeting minutes as presented. <br />Councilmember Stigney asked if the individual should be identified in the meeting minutes. City <br />Administrator Ulrich stated he reviewed that issue with the City Attorney who did not think the <br />person should be identified. <br />• <br />
