Resolution 6763 A Resolution Revising Section 1.53(G) of the Personnel <br />Manual pertaining to Tuition Reimbursement. <br />Item was deleted. <br />N. Resolution 6762 Approving a Step Increase for Officer Ben Zender of the <br />Mounds View Police Department. <br />MOTION/SECOND: STIGNEY/THOMAS. To approve Resolution 6762 Approving a Step <br />Increase for Officer Ben Zender of the Mounds View Police Department. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />O. Resolution 6765 Approving a Severance Package for Dave Parker, former <br />Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course Employee. <br />Councilmember Stigney asked if Mr. Parker completed three full years of service. City <br />Administrator Ulrich indicated he did. <br />MOTION/SECOND: THOMAS/GUNN. To approve Resolution 6765 Approving a Severance <br />Package for Dave Parker, former Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course Employee. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />P. Resolution 6774 Appointing Dale Aukee and Thai Vang to the Parks and <br />Recreation and Forestry Commission and Appointing a Chairperson. <br />Director of Public Works Lee explained Mr. Dale Aukee and Mr. Thai Vang submitted <br />applications for terms on the Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission. He added that the <br />Commission made a motion to re-appoint John Kroeger as Chairperson. <br />MOTION/SECOND: FLAHERTY/THOMAS. To waive the reading and approve Resolution <br />6774 Appointing Dale Aukee and Thai Vang to the Parks and Recreation and Forestry <br />Commission and Appointing John Kroeger as Chairperson. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />Q. Resolution 6775 Approving the 2006 Seasonal Public Works Positions. <br />Director of Public Works Lee explained Staff is proposing to hire nine summer seasonal <br />positions, three fall seasonal positions, and one winter seasonal position for 2006. He stated this <br />is the amount of positions that are typically hired, with the exception of the summer seasonal <br />
