Mounds View City Council March 13, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 27 <br />• <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />Mayor Marty referenced about the item to Kennedy and Graven for general legal services that <br />notes the hazard abatement. He wondered if this is being billed back to the property. Director <br />Ericson stated it is not and it is a property that the Council authorized Staff to seek an appraisal <br />on. He noted an offer was made on the property and there are some foundation issues that Staff <br />has been dealing with for some time. <br />Mayor Marty asked about check number 118043 for framing and matting for $148.19. Director <br />Ericson stated the Community Development ordered a frame for an award on the Medtronic <br />project that matches the existing frames in the hallways of City Hall. <br />MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/THOMAS. To approve the Just and Correct Claims as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />A. February 27, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />• <br />MOTION/SECOND: THOMAS/STIGNEY. To Approve the February 27, 2006 City Council <br />meeting minutes, with corrections having been provided to staff beforehand. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Councilmember Gunn stated the clubhouse was moved to Random Park early Saturday morning. <br />She noted several groups of people that helped including the Police Department, Fire <br />Department, and Ramsey County. She commented it will look really nice there. <br />B. Reports of Staff <br />1. Reports of City Administrator Ulrich <br />City Administrator Ulrich reported the Charter Commission would like to set up a joint meeting <br />with the City Council. <br />The Council agreed to hold the meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. <br />City Administrator Ulrich reported that the bonding bill passed the Senate for the correction of <br />language needed for the County Road J project. He stated with it anticipated to pass, the City <br />
