Mounds View City Council November 13, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 14 <br />Mayor Marty indicated he had called with questions earlier. <br />Council Member Flaherty said that the report needs to be dated November 13, 2006 not <br />November 14, 2006. <br />Finance Director Beer explained that the checks go out tomorrow that is why the date is <br />tomorrow's date. <br />Council Member Flaherty questioned Page 12 the business cards for two different individuals at <br />$39.32 and one for $67.67. <br />Finance Director explained that the $67.67 is for two people. <br />Council Member Flaherty questioned Page 14 on storm sewer repairs for $7,100. <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that there is a certain amount in the budget for storm sewer <br />repairs as part of the City's annual maintenance. <br />Council Member Flaherty questioned the driveway repair. <br />Finance Director Beer explained that there was a water main repair that required repair of the <br />driveway and the City paid to restore it to asphalt and the resident is upgrading to concrete. <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for information on the resurfacing of basketball courts. <br />Finance Director Beer explained that Silver View tennis and basketball courts were resurfaced <br />and the basketball courts at Greenfield and at Groveland were also resurfaced. <br />Council Member Flaherty questioned Page 28 freeway towing and what that was for. <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that towing charges will be covered as part of the forfeiture fees <br />recovered. <br />Mayor Marty commented on independent delivery service noting he got two Mounds View <br />Matters this time. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Marry.
