Executive Session Minutes November 13, 2006 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Flaherty. To Approve the Executive Session Minutes of <br />November 13, 2006 as presented. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Mayor Marty announced that there are openings on the Planning Commission, the Parks and <br />Recreation and Forestry Commissions. The deadline to apply is December 15 and applications <br />are available online and at City Hall. <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that there will be some openings on the Charter Commission as <br />well. <br />B. Reports of Staff <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced that Ramsey County League of Local Governments annual <br />recognition of outgoing elected officials is scheduled for December 15, 2006 at the Maplewood <br />Community Center. He then explained that the School District would be conducting a recount on <br />Thursday based on a citizen's petition. The recount will be done at the County offices. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that the legislators have asked that the meeting with Council <br />be moved into January and Staff will work to schedule that meeting. <br />
