Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: July 15, 1982 <br />SUBJECT: OAK LAKE POND <br />Attached are copies of two letters, one from Kraus -Anderson to <br />Short -Elliott -Hendrickson and one from Short -Elliott -Hendrickson <br />to Kraus -Anderson concerning pond outlet structure. <br />This memo is a follow up to my memo for July 6, 1982 agenda <br />meeting, which is also attached. A subsequent telephone conver- <br />sation with Dan Boxrud indicates that Kraus -Anderson and Short - <br />Elliott -Hendrickson need approval of pond modifications as they <br />relate to hydrologic and excavation considerations so that design <br />can begin on outlet structure.
