MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-81 <br />6' C.TTY OF MOUNDS VII.W <br />COUNTY OF RAMSI'Y <br />�! STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE FINAL DRAFT OF <br />THE COMPREHENSIVI:PLAN TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />WHEREAS, preparation of the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan has <br />been undertaken in compliance with the Metropolitan Land Planning act; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July <br />23, 1980, to review the draft plan with the Mounds View public; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk placed the legal public notice of the <br />public hearing in the official city newspaper on the adoption of a new <br />comprehensive plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the new Comprehensive Plan was submitted to adjacent <br />and affected communities and school districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has now completed a final draft <br />,of the Comprehensive Plan taking into account comments received from <br />Mounds View citizens and adjacent communities and districts; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning 1p <br />Commissicn adopts the final draft of the Comprehensive Plan Update and <br />recommends the .Mounds View City Council adopt the Plan after the Metro- <br />politan Council has reviewed and approved it; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends continued use of the Comprehensive Plan Update as an interium <br />plan during Metropolitan Council review. <br />Adopted this 1st day of April, 1981. <br />ATTEST: <br />Wgt� if <br />Chairpe v6n <br />(SEAL) <br />Building and Zoninj Official <br />
