Cremers <br />This letter is to response to your letter dated July 7, 1982, <br />regarding the scheduling of this project. Since receipt on May <br />11, 1982 of -the signed copy of our letter proposal dated April 19, <br />1982, we have reviewed the proposed revision to the storm water <br />storage pond size and, therefore, outlet structure size. This <br />proposed revision was recently considered at a Mounds View City <br />Council agenda session and is expected to be formally approved <br />soon. We did not proceed with final design of the outlet <br />structure due to the fact that the drawings would have required <br />revision if the City Council did not approve the proposed pond and <br />outlet change. <br />We have received soil boring information necessary to complete the <br />deign of this project. We anticipate that the pond and outlet <br />revision will be approved. We anticipate that final design of the <br />outlet structure will be complete during the month of July so that <br />bids could be solicited for construction during August or <br />September, We will set up the specification so that bids will be <br />received by invitation. <br />If you have any questions or comments, please advise. <br />Sincerely, <br />Daniel e R.
