He added <br />that sealcoating would begin either the 22nd or 26th <br />of the month, and that the Wetlands Subcommittee <br />would like to have a meeting on July 15 at 7 PM. <br />Attorney Meyers reported there have been changes <br />law financial obligation provisions, <br />12• Report f <br />y <br />in the liquor <br />which he will report on soon to the Council. <br />Attorney Meyers reported he would not be available <br />for the July 26 meeting, and would have Mark Carney <br />attend in his place. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported she had received <br />League regarding <br />13. Director Johnson <br />replied they will be repaired when the next <br />paving work is done in the City. He explained <br />the City crews could not do the repair work them- <br />selves. <br />Mayor McCarty had no report. <br />
