Mounds View City Council July 12, 1982 <br />Regular - <br />Meeting --- j �� �� /� N �- ----?Age Five <br />----------------------- L.� WW ►►..66-- ----------- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the City 14. Report of <br />--. had received $185,000 from the State for the Administrator <br />O'Connell Drive acquisition, and also received <br />just under $9,000 from the government for the <br />I&I study. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley asked the Council to <br />set a special meeting to discuss the policy issues <br />that were brought up during the first round of <br />budget meetings. Mayor McCarty set the meeting <br />for 7 PM on July 20. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the Association <br />of Metropolitan Municipalities would be holding a <br />meeting on August 6 on surface water management, <br />which Director Johnson was planning to attend. He <br />asked that anyone else who was interested in attend- <br />ing let him know so registration could be sent in. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported that an <br />additional $860 is needed to complete the lighting <br />at Lambert Park, and reviewed the three options <br />proposed by the Park and Rec Director for funding. <br />Mayor McCarty directed Clerk/Administrator Pauley <br />to take the steps necessary to have the work performed and <br />submit a recommendation for a source of fundinq. He also <br />asked for a clarification of the cost of steps for the <br />warming houses, to be discussed at the next agenda session. <br />Motion/Second: Forslund/Doty to adjourn the meeting 15.
