Consideration <br />ceived very short notice from <br />Ramsey <br />County <br />of the Ramsey <br />regarding the City's <br />input on <br />the landfill <br />County Execu- <br />abatement proposal. <br />He asked <br />if the <br />Council would <br />tive Summary fo <br />like to discuss the <br />issue now <br />or put <br />it on the <br />the Landfill <br />next agenda. <br />Abatement Pro- <br />posal <br />There was discussion among the Council with the <br />concensus being they would like to review the <br />proposal thoroughly but were concerned with meeting <br />the deadline, while still being in the position of <br />protecting the residents of Mounds View. <br />Motion Second: McCarty/Hodges to convey to Ramsey <br />ounty conceptual approval of the executive summary <br />for the County landfill abatement proposal, <br />reserving formal comment for within the next 30 days. <br />3 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported that Police 11. Consideration <br />Chief Grabowski has recommended that the stop signs of Staff Memo - <br />and parking signs on Sherwood at Sunnyside Road be randum Regard - <br />removed and that stop signs be installed at Groveland ing Stop Signs <br />Road and Arden, making it a 4-way stop. at the Inter- <br />section of <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Hodges to approve the Sherwood and <br />removal. of signs from the Red Oak School area and Sunnyside Roads <br />the installation of signs at Groveland Road and <br />Ardan Avenue. <br />3 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Hodges to approve the 12.
