He also reported <br />that the Wetlands subcommittee meeting had been <br />cancelled from the previous week. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Hodges to change the <br />meetingof the Wetlands Subcommittee from July <br />29 to July 27. <br />3 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Director Johnson reported that due to a Staff <br />oversite, the discussion of the reorganization <br />of the Building Inspector and Zoning Official <br />position had not been placed on the agenda, and <br />asked when the Council would like to discuss it. <br />It was the concensus of the Council that it would <br />be discussed at the next agenda session. <br />Attorney Karney stated he did nom have a report 15. Repult of <br />from Attorney Meyers, Attorney <br />Attorney Kerney stated that regarding the workers <br />comp claim the City was involved in, he would <br />recommend the City take the payment made back out <br />of future compensation, until such time as the <br />employee could prove his injuries were work related. <br />He added that for future reference, the City should <br />let the insurance company determine if benefits <br />are due, and then follow suit on their recommenda- <br />tion. <br />Mayor McCarty and the Council stated it was an <br />administrative matter to collect the benefits that <br />had been paid in error, and directed Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley to collect them. <br />Councilmember Blanchard stated she wanted to 16.. Reports of <br />thank everyone for the excellent job done on the Councilmembers <br />Festival in the Park, esper'nlly with the childrens <br />parade. <br />
