MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Director Public Works/ ( (� <br />Community Development G, <br />DATE September 27, 1982 <br />SUBJECT: Tentative Schedule to Complete Storm Water Management Plan <br />The Mayor requested that an estimate of the work necessary to complete <br />the Storm Water Management Plan by December 1, <br />1982. The following is <br />a brief outline and estimated time required to <br />complete the plan. <br />Mounds View currently has 20 storm water drainage <br />subdistric s as <br />delineated by SEH in 1976. The area covers all <br />or part of )R-section <br />naps. It is estimated that to bring the Storm <br />Water Management Plan <br />to near completion the following activities and <br />manhours will be necessary. <br />I. Delineate drainage areas or, topo map <br />32-40 hours <br />2. Establish runoff factors <br />32-40 hours <br />3. Map and calculate drainage areas <br />50-60 hours <br />4. Calculate estimated peak discharges <br />16-24 hours <br />5. Calculate existing system capacity <br />16-24 hours <br />6. Analyze system capabilities and <br />alt,Hydrologic models (i.e. no, <br />limited, or full develop-ment) <br />32-40 hours <br />7.
