TO: City Administrator and Engineer <br />FROM: Police Chief <br />DATE: September 17, 1982 <br />RE: Parking <br />On 9-14-82 at 11:00 PM and on 9-16-82 at I1:00 PM, a survey had been <br />taken at the Greenfield and Groberg apartments. <br />Attached are the results. <br />I would recommend that the apartment building owners be contacted and <br />informed of the complaints we are receiving regarding their tennants <br />parking on the street and that they should notify them to park in the <br />lots or we will be forced into posting "No parking signs" on the <br />streets by the apartment buildings. <br />
