(See 48.04, subd. 5.) <br />4. Is there a drainage way as defined in 48.04, subd. 6 <br />on the Miller property and, if so, where? <br />5. What is the justification for a 100' wetland buffer <br />area of a wetland? (See 48.04, subd. 7.) <br />6. What portion of the Miller property is within the <br />Wetlands zoning District? (See 48.04, subd. 8.) <br />7. Where is the wetlands drainage district for the <br />Miller property? (See 48.04, subd. 9.) <br />8. What are the terms of the easement referenced in <br />48.05, subd. 4 and how will the area of the easement <br />be determined? <br />9. flow will the City determine the amount of filling <br />allowed pursuant to 48.06, subd. 3A and the equal <br />apportionment of fill opportunity? What amount will <br />be allowed for the Miller property? <br />10. If fill is allowed and the owner must first dredge <br />out the "bad" soils before filling, is there a need <br />for a dredging permit? (See 48.06, subd. 3D.) <br />11. What rates of discharge of storm water to the <br />wetland will be allowed from the Miller property? <br />(See 48.06, subd. 3D1 and 2.) <br />12. The Millers own approximately 60 acres, 45 of which <br />have been tentatively referred to as wetlands by the <br />City. The minimum lot size for the use district is <br />1.5 acres. <br />a) flow will the development density credit affect <br />the 1.5 acre minimum lot size? Is there 100% <br />transfer? Will the hardcover restrictions be <br />modified to allow full utilization of the density <br />transfer? (See 48.08; subd. 1.) <br />
