John and Jim Miller who <br />own property within the City. The value and potential use of <br />the property will be adversely affected by the adoption of a <br />wetlands ordinance in the form now proposed. My clients have <br />asked that I advise them as to the effect of the proposed <br />ordinance, if adopted, on the potential use of their property. <br />I have several questions concerning the ordinance which I ask <br />the City to answer as part of the public review of the proposed <br />ordinance: <br />1. Is 14th Draft 9/10/82, Revised 9/15/820 the most <br />recent draft? <br />2. Where is the "City of Mounds View Wetland Zoning <br />District Map"? We want a copy of it. (See Section <br />48.02 of the ordinance.) <br />
