RESOLUTION NO. 1617 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />i <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL. USE PERMIT FOR AN <br />OVERSIZED ACCESSORY BUILDING AT 3048 COUNTY ROAD H-2 <br />WHEREAS, Mr.Willard Haro <br />permit to construct a 480 square <br />County Road II-2; and <br />has requested a conditional use <br />foot accessory building at 3048 <br />WHEREAS, the desire to protect the applicant's personal <br />property from vandalism is being sited as the need to request <br />approval to construct the oversized accessory building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this request <br />and identifies the need to protect personal property from <br />vandlism as a justification to recommend approval of the condi- <br />tional use permit request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning; Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />80-30 recommending approval of this conditional use permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is also recommending that <br />should the ownership of the property change and the subsequent <br />owner desire to keep this accessory building, a new conditional <br />i use permit must be applied for and approval by the City Council <br />received; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation <br />given by the Planning Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves a conditional use permit for the con- <br />struction of a 480 square foot accessory building for Mr. Willard <br />Haro at 3048 County Road H-2; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of the building shall <br />be limited to the storage of domestic supplies and non-commercial <br />equipment and that no commercial activity will take place in this <br />building; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that should ownership of the <br />property change and the subsequent owner desire to change the <br />purpose/use of the building approved with this conditional use <br />permit, a new conditional use permit must be applied for and <br />approval from the City Council received. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this Ilth day of July, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
