Should <br />the developer agree to the payment of the necessary <br />funds for the study to ha conducted by Northwest <br />Associated Consultants, and should the study be <br />completed in Lime for submittal in the Commissioners <br />packets, the item could be reviewed at the July 6 <br />meeting. <br />Chairman Mountin discussed the City Council action <br />concerning the oversized accessory building request <br />by Willard Haro. Staff was then asked to check with <br />Attorney Meyers to determine if the Conditional Use <br />Permit for the oversized accessaory building would <br />tie up the sale of the property. <br />Motion/Second: Mountie/Miller to advise the City <br />Council that the Planning Commnission discussed the <br />oversized accessory building conditional use permit <br />and advises the City Council that the resolution was <br />drafted in response to the Attorney's recommendations, <br />e.g., the Zylka case. The Planning Commission felt <br />that the Conditional Use Permit gives the residents <br />of Mounds View the right to have an oversized accessory <br />building within the limits of specific standards. <br />l The Planning Commission standards included the use of <br />/ the building and the property owners rights to that use. <br />Upon a subsequent discussion of the application, we <br />concur that the access to and from the accessory <br />building may cause some future problems and that some <br />June 15, 1983 <br />Page Three <br />------------- <br />5.
