RauwchoeV <br />DATE: July G, 1983 <br />RE: 5511 Quincy public nuisance <br />The Police Department has received public nuisance cnmplaints regarding <br />the property at 5511 Quincy. The house has been vacant for some time <br />and the owner has neglected to mow the grass. The grass has grown to a <br />level, at least three feet, to constitute a public nuisance. All efforts <br />to contact the last known owner of the property has failed. <br />Because of the complaints received and the highly visible location of <br />the property, the Police Department requests authorization from the <br />City Council to use city resources to rectify the problem. <br />
