ZM: <br />Mayor & Council Finance Director -Treasurer Drager <br />DATE: June 29, 1993 <br />RE: REVENUE SHARING COMPLIANCE AUDIT <br />Federal Revenue Sharing regulations require a compliance audit every <br />three years. Our last compliance audit was performed in 1980 by the <br />George M. Hanson Company, our auditors at that time. I requested and <br />received a proposal from our present auditors, DeLallunt Veto & Co. <br />Their proposal is to perform the audit for a cost not to exceed <br />$1,802.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk - <br />Administrator to enter into a contract with DeLaHunt Voto & Co. to <br />perform a Revenue Sharing compliance audit at a cost not to exceed <br />$1,802.00. <br />ULM <br />
