Call to Order <br />by Mayor McCarty at 7:35 PM on June 13, 1983, <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, 2. Consent Agenda <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Linke to approve the consent <br />agenda, minus Item K, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor McCarty stated that, concerning Item K, for <br />a conditional use permit for an oversize accessory <br />building, the conditions for a conditional use <br />permit have been met under the present code, but <br />that the proposed revision to Chapter 40 is much <br />more restrictive, and he did not feel this <br />conditional use would be allowed once Chapter 40 <br />was passed. He also expressed concern in not <br />allowing the transfer of the conditional use <br />permit to a new owner, as a future Council and <br />
