Call to Order <br />by Mayor McCarty at 7:31 PM on April 25, 1983. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Linke, Hankner, <br />Blanchard and Mayor McCarty, <br />It was noted that Councilmember Doty was absent <br />on vacation. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />minAd istrator Pauley and Public Works/Community <br />Development Director Johnson. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Linke to approve the April <br />I�T983 minutes as corrected. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Mayor McCarty noted that Item K, approving Reso- <br />lution No. 1,599, approving claims against the City <br />in the amount of $123,924.10, should be added to <br />the consent agenda. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to approve the consent <br />agen a an waive the reading of the resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />2.
