Transfer Dvlp <br />Agreement No. <br />4 ayes 0 nays 82-54 to Good <br />Value Homes <br />Motion Carrie <br />Mr. Peterson of Good Value Homes stated they would <br />like to obtain building permits for four lots on <br />County Road I and 3 lots and Edgewood. <br />Attorney Meyers advised the bond would have to be <br />expanded. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Linke to authorize the <br />transter, with three conditions, that the developer <br />be allowed to obtain 7 building permits, 4 for lots <br />fronting on County Road I and 3 for lots fronting <br />on Edgewood between County Road I and Edgewood Circle, <br />to approve the Engineer's recommendation that the <br />developer provide construction inspection and have a <br />professional engineer certify to the City that the <br />j ~ street and utility improvements were installed accord- <br />ing to the specifications and plans, and extend the <br />performance bond to meet all conditions of the develop- <br />ment agreement. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carrie <br />There was discussion among the Council of previous 12. Report of <br />national planning conference in Seattle. He Director of <br />stated the next conference will be held in Minnea- Public Works/ <br />polis and he will be proposing some topics for Community Dvl; <br />discussion. <br />Director Johnson pointed out he had now worked for <br />the City for one year. <br />
