One core sample 250 feet south of <br />City Hall driveway had ' inch of seal coat sand,no detectable <br />bituminous paving. <br />Due to work load in Planning Department, progress on plan preparation <br />has been slow. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that additional technician time be <br />scheduled to complete plan preparation as soon as practical. !9ork <br />would be funded by M.S.A. program. <br />JCJ/bc <br />1 <br />
