EXHIBIT 2A <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 83-59 <br />In addition to the foregoing conditions, Developer agrees to the <br />following: <br />1) Performance and maintenance of the weir and control <br />structure to be the owner's responsibility. <br />2) The wetland area to the 903 contour shall be protected <br />during the construction period in a manner which meets <br />with the approval of the City Engineer. <br />3) An easement be dedicated for drainage purposes which <br />encompasses all area within the 903 contour as shown <br />on the site plan in addition to 10 foot drainge and <br />utility easements also as shown on the site plan. <br />4) A landscape plan be submitted which includes the <br />following: <br />a) Appropriate vegetation to the 903 contour. <br />I b) Earth berming be provided along Woodlawn Drive <br />boulevard designed so as not to impact adjacent <br />properties. <br />5) Work authorized by the wetlands alteration shall begin <br />within ninety days from the date of issuance of the permit. <br />FOR THE CITY: <br />Date: <br />FOR THE DEVELOPER: <br />Date: <br />
