Consideration <br />to the Council, outlining possible solutions to of Drainage <br />the drainage problem on St. Stephen's Street. He Improvements <br />explained what 48.07(B) entails as far as work for St. Stepht <br />that is classified as repair work. Street: <br />Councilmember Doty stated lie felt that if the ditch <br />was once there, this would be repair work and not a <br />wetlands alteration. <br />Councilmember Blanchard asked if the construction <br />easements would be temporary.
