RESOLUTION NO. 1333 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING CASE 91-81, <br />A MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST <br />WHEREAS, a minor subdivision has Lean requested by Kenneth <br />E. Bourke, referred to as Planning Case 91.-81; and <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision request meets minimum code <br />requirements in frontage and area; and <br />WHEREAS, Kenneth E. Bourke has also agreed to pay a special <br />assessment in the amount of $1,742.30 and a park fund dedication of <br />$64.00 as required by City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />minor subdivision request• and recommended approval in Resolution No. <br />,? 31-B1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tine Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves the minor subdivision as requested in Planning <br />Case 91-81; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council re- <br />quires payment of a special assessment• in the amount of $1,742.30 and <br />payment of the park fund dedication in the amount of $64.00 before <br />the City Clerk approves and signs the subdivision deed. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 27th day of July, 19B1. <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />it <br />Clerk -Administrator• / <br />
