RESOLUTION NO. !480 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DENYING TIII', SUBDI.VI.SION FILING <br />REQUEST EXTENSION OF KENNETH BOURKE <br />PIIIEREAS, on July 27, 1981, the Mounds View City Council <br />passed Resolution No. 1333 approving the minor subdivision of• the <br />property at 8249 Spring Lake Road, owned by Kenneth Bourke; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 42 (Subdivision Regulations) of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code requires the subdivider to record a deed with <br />the County within 60 days of Council approval of the subdivision; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has not submitted a deed nor <br />requested an extension during this 60 day period; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider is now requesting a six month exten- <br />sion from the present time in which to record the deed; and <br />WHEREAS, over a year has passed since the City Council <br />originally approved this subdivision; and <br />jmh <br />Vd WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that since a formal <br />request for an extension was not received within this 60 day period <br />and sufficient time has elapsed between this 60 day period and the <br />present, also without a formal request•, a re-exL mina Lion of the <br />subdivision is warranted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council denies the request by Mr. Kenneth Bourke of 8249 Spring Lake <br />Road for a six month extension to record the subdivision deed with <br />the County for the above :::colic.^.cd prnhrvl•y; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED should Mr. Bourke once again desire to <br />subdivide his property, he wi.l.l. he required to submit the request to <br />the Mounds View Planning Commission for reviewal and pay the necessary <br />application fee. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of August•, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />• <br />
