1 <br />MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: Engineering/Planning Technician FI <br />DATE: June 8, 1.983 <br />SUBJECT: PLASCII/MOORS MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />The Planning Commission at their June 1, 1983 regular meeting adopted <br />Resolution No. 83-83 recommending approval of a minor subdivision <br />(relocation of lot line) for properties located at 8255 Eastwood <br />Road and approximately 8250 Greenwood Drive. Attached to this memo <br />are copies of the following relating to this item: <br />1) Staff Report <br />2) Planning Commission Minutes of June 1, 1983 <br />3) Planning Commission Resolution No. 83-83 <br />4) Council Resolution No. 1616 for your review and <br />possible adoption <br />The Planning Commission discussed the concept of rear lot lines being <br />in line with adjacent properties and since the proposed lot line <br />location does line up with the rear property lines of 8241 Eastwood <br />and 8242 Greenwood (properties to the south) the Commission did <br />recommend approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 1616. <br />FJK/bc <br />Attachments <br />
