'There is no <br />building on the east lot. <br />5. it has been the practice of the City to require that rear lot- � <br />property lines line up with those of adjoining properties. The <br />existing properly lines linc'up with rear lot lines of adjoining <br />properties to the north. (See Exhibit D.) The pruposed lot line <br />location would line up with the lot lines of the two properties to <br />the south. The lots would be basically identical to the two lots <br />immediately south of this proposal. <br />6. Easements should be taken along the south 5 feet of both lots, 5 <br />feet along the rear property .line (both east and west of the rear <br />line), and along the north property line from the proposed rear lot <br />line west 09.02 feet. (See Exhibit F.) <br />
