MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RE;OLUTION NO. 83-83 <br />CITY 01, MOUNDS VIED <br />COUNTY OF RAMSITY <br />STATE, OF MINNE::0TA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANNIIJG CASE <br />140. 134-33, A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, an applic,itiou wa:; roeeived by Staff for a minor <br />subdivision (relocation ul o invlwi ly lino) lur properties located <br />at 8250 Greenwood Drive by 14r. Donald Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Plasch; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Lhe applicants, wiLh this proposal, are requesting <br />approval to relocate the rear properLy line 89,02 feet Lo the cast; and <br />WHEREAS, the two proposed lots meet minimum frontage and <br />square footage requirements in addition to the buildings on the west <br />property meeting minimum setback roquirements; and <br />WHEREAS, Lhe proposed locaLion of the rear property line will <br />be in line with property lines to the south of these properties; and <br />WIIEREAS, this is staying with past City practice of requiring <br />rear property lines to bo .in line with adjacent property lines; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />1� Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the minor subdi- <br />vision as requested by relocating the existing rear property line 89.02 <br />feet to the cast; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds Vicw Planning Commission <br />recommends five foot easements be taken along the following: the entire <br />south property lines of both lots, five feet on both sides of the <br />proposed rear property line and along the north property lint 89.02 feet <br />west from the proposed rear line; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />directs staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council prior <br />to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 1st day of June, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairman <br />(SEAL) <br />_ Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
