RESOLUTION NO. 1616 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING CASE NO. 134-43, <br />A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Plasch, owner of the property <br />located at 8255 Eastwood Road and Mr.Donald Moore, owner of the <br />property located at approximately 8250 Greenwood Drive have <br />applied for a minor subdivision to relocate the rear lot line <br />which separates their two properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the two proposed lots meet minimum Zoning Code <br />requirements for frontage and area; and <br />WHEREAS, the buildings presently situated on the westerly <br />property meets minimum setback requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />this minor subdivision request and has recommended approval by <br />adopting Resolution No. 83-83; and <br />WHEREAS, in Planning Commission Resolution No. 83-83, the <br />Planning Commission is recommending that various easements be I <br />dedicated to the City for drainage and utility purposes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves the minor subdivision as requested in <br />Planning Case No. 134-83; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />requires that five foot drainage and utility easements be <br />dedicated to the City over the following area: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />1) The south five feet of both proposed lots. <br />2) Five feet on both sides of the proposed rear property <br />line. <br />3) The north five feet of Tract A, a distance of 89.02 <br />feet west of the proposed rear lot line. <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 1983. <br />ME <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
