RESOLUTION NO. 1G18 <br />L CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MAINTAIN <br />A MODEL OFFICE CENTER IN 791E SILVER LAKE WOODS MANOR HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Marvin If. Anderson Construction Company desires to <br />maintain a model office center in one of the garage units in the <br />Silver Lake Woods Manor Homes; and <br />WHEREAS, model units require a conditional use permit in <br />residentially zoned districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for a conditional use permit <br />which was reviewed by the Planning Commission at their June 1, 1983 <br />meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />approval, with conditions, of the conditional use permit by adopting <br />Resolution. No. 84-83; and <br />WHEREAS, these conditions relate to when the conditional use <br />permit would expire; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves a conditional use permit to Marvin II. Anderson <br />Construction Company to maintain a model office center in one of its <br />garage units in a Silver Lake Woods Manor Home building; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the living unit which accom- <br />panies the garage which will be used as the model is sold, or when the <br />last living unit for the entire manor home development (all 12 build- <br />ings) is sold, the conditional use permit shall expire, and the area <br />would be reconverted to a garage. <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 1983. <br />ATTEST; <br />(SEAL) <br />L <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
