RESOLUTION NO. 1623 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR AND <br />MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 83-60 WITH <br />STAR HOMES, LTD. <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code, Section 59.07, requires <br />development review of the proposed two double bungelows requested <br />by ;tar Homes, Ltd.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed double bungelow development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated require- <br />ments to be included in Development Agreement No. 83-60 hereto <br />attached; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission will review <br />the proposed double bungelow development on June 15, 1983; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes its Clerk -Administrator and Mayor to execute <br />Development Agreement No. 83-60 pending receiving a recommendation <br />of approval from the Planning Commission. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
