(� RESOLUTTON NO. 1597 <br />I CITY OF MOUNDS VLEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />SPATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING CASE 123 - 83, A <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br />CONSTRUCTION OF TOWNHOUSES <br />WHEREAS, a minor subdivision (2 lots into 3), conditional <br />use permit for the construction of townhouses in an R-3 zoning <br />district and townhouse development request has been received <br />from Genevieve Dalberg and Glenn Hanson; and <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision request meets minimum <br />code requirements for frontage and area; and <br />WHEREAS, a conditional use permit is required for the <br />construction of townhouses in an R-3 Medium Density Residential <br />district; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />this proposal and recommended approval in Resolution 73-83; and <br />CWHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommendation was <br />based upon approval being contingent on a number of items; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed <br />Planning Commission Resolution 73-83 and concur with its recom- <br />mendations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the minor subdivision, conditional use permit <br />and townhouse development proposal by Genevieve Dalberg and Glenn <br />Hanson contingent upon recommendations as outlined in Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 73-83. <br />DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a payment of the park fund <br />dedication in the amount of $5,600 be paid prior to the City <br />Clerk approving the subdivision deeds. <br />Adopted this day of 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />' (seal) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
