RESOLUTION NO. 1598 <br />CTTY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />NO. 83-58 WITH SAM DALBERG <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Code, Section 59.07, requires <br />development review for the construction of 2 townhouse structures <br />as requested by Mr. Sam Dalberg; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the development proposal and has recommended approval in their <br />adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 73-83; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />development request and the recommended action of the Planning <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of Development Agreement No. 83-58 is <br />hereto attached; <br />! NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorized its Clerk -Administrator and Mayor to execute <br />Development Agreement No. 83-58. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Adopted this day of , 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
