C <br />MEMO TO: City Council and Clerk -Administrator <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development ;1 <br />DATE: April 7, 19B3 UUU////// <br />SUBJECT: MILLER PRELIMINARY PLAT EXTENSION <br />Per the City Council's request, the Planning Commission, at their <br />April 6, 1983 meeting, reviewed and recommended that an extension <br />of the preliminary plat be granted to Mr. Miller so that he can <br />proceed with the submission of the final plat for the Miller <br />Industrial Park. A motion by Josey Warren seconded by Jean Miller <br />was made to recommend that an extension be granted provided the <br />applicant meets the requirements of Chapter 4B and 49A and initiate <br />a reevaluation of the wetland boundary. <br />A copy of my memo to the Planning Commission is attached. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me. <br />/be <br />Attachment <br />
