Johnson `y <br />Director of Public Works and / Q <br />Community Development <br />SUBJECT: Change Order - Silver Lake Woods Project 81-3 <br />DATE: August 4, 1982 <br />A Change Order to Project 81-3 for installation of <br />street signs has been requested. The project budget <br />allowed $2,600 for the signs. The change order will <br />be for the installation of 13 signs at $115.50 each <br />for a total of $1,501.50. <br />These costs will be assessed as part of the <br />improvement project. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Change Order for <br />the Contract with Dawson Construction, Inc. for <br />installation of 13 street signs at $115.50 each <br />for a total of $1,501.50. <br />JCJ/cj <br />
