Mounds View Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 59-82 <br />Page Two <br />2) Existing Mounds View Code does not dcliniato specific <br />criteria for senior citizen housing, including parking <br />requirements. <br />3) Delays in approval of the project, until such time as the <br />code covering senior citizen housing is adopted may cause <br />loss of federal funding for the project and subsequent <br />withdrawal of the request. <br />The variance approval shall be conditioned on the following: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />1) Five handicapped spaces (12' by 201, one per handicapped <br />unit), 5 oversized parking spaces (11' by 201) and 16 <br />regular spaces (9�1 by 201) be constructed at the start <br />of the project.
