Highway 10 <br />New Brighton, MN 55432 <br />RE: Proposed Mounds View Residence Parking Plan <br />Dear Frank, <br />I am appealing the August 4th decission of the planning commission <br />in behalf of the Board of Directors of Mounds View Residence. <br />The decission granted a variance for parking spaces. <br />I would like to discuss at that time the possibility of the <br />Development Agreement being amended to call for twenty-six parking <br />spaces being provided immediately and the balance of the forty <br />included at a later date. <br />Due to a rather confining timetable on this project, I am requesting <br />an agenda date at the next City Council meeting. <br />Sincerely, <br />P4_."
