Silver View Park is a 51.9 acre site in the pre- <br />liminary stages of development with turf being established in the Fall of 1982. <br />The maintainable acres are approximately 20 acres of turf with the remainder <br />being in pond or wildlife areas. <br />As a part of the bid letting process, we are requesting each contractor to meet <br />with myself prior to submitting a bid so that we might walk the site and discuss <br />our expectations. <br />As this is one of the first times the public and private sectors are joining hands, <br />we would welcome your comments and critique of the enclosed specifications. <br />The City Council has set the bid opening for Wednesday, August 25, 1982 at 10:30 a.m. <br />at City Hal'i, 2401 Highway 10.
