1 1M, /6 <br />MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and CiLy Council <br />FROM: Public Works/Community Development Director <br />,i <br />DATE: August 19, 1982 <br />SUBJECT: RAMSEY COUNTY DiV1SION PROCEDURE'S <br />Attached is a memo and resolution drafted by the Building <br />Inspector regarding notification to Ramsey County of the City's <br />subdivision requirements. 1 have discussed and reviewed these <br />materials with the Building inspector and would recommend that <br />the City Council consider approving Resolution No. 1482, <br />Staff will hand deliver the resolution to the County to assure <br />the county's understanding of the City's subdivision requirements. <br />If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them at <br />the Council meeting. <br />/be <br />Attachment <br />I <br />
