Status of Current Services <br />A. In general it can be stated that Mounds View's overall <br />public service delivery system is able to meet the <br />demands of the community, however, that is not to say <br />that all necessary or desirable work is getting done. <br />Quite often some work is being delayed for indefinite <br />periods of time in order that those items determined <br />to be of greater importance or more urgent in nature <br />be completed first. <br />B. In general it can be stated that the departments <br />included under Administrative Services (Administration <br />and Finance) are at capacity. There are times that <br />these departments have slack periods as well as times <br />when the workload exceeds the ability of the depart- <br />ment to complete the work in a timely fashion, however, <br />in balance the Administrative Services departments of <br />the City are at capacity as it relates to workloads. <br />2. Number of Staff; Costs of Staff <br />Administration: <br />One - Clerk -Administrator $31,030/year <br />One - Administrative Secretary $7.03/hour; $14,622/year <br />One - Receptionist (part-time) $3.50/hour; $ 5,198/year <br />Finance: <br />One - Finance Director $29,823/year <br />One - Accountant $7.35/hour; $15,301/year <br />
