Insurance: <br />A. The 1!mploycr shall increase the limployer contribution for <br />insurance by twenty dollars ($20.00) per month; <br />B. Additionally, the Employer shall pay fifty percent (50%) of <br />any new increase proposed by the insurance carrier; <br />C. The Employees who do not elect family coverage shall be <br />reimbursed the difference between the single and family <br />coverage. <br />2. Clothing and Maintenance Allowance: <br />A. This allowance shall be increased by twenty-five dollars <br />($25.00) per year; <br />11. Add 27.2 and 27.3 1'rom attached. <br />3. Injury on Duty waiting period to he dropped. <br />4. Vacation accrual shall be as follows: <br />I - 5 years = 12 Jays/yr. = lday/month <br />G - 9 years = 15 days/yr. = 1-1/4 day/month <br />10 - 15 years = 20 days/yr. = 1-2/3 day/month <br />16+ years = 25 days/yr. = 2.08 Jay/month <br />United To Protect <br />
